Core Services are the fixed, foundational components included in every Tectrade Fully Managed IT Service Agreement.


vCIO

Tectrade provides strategic IT direction through budgeting, planning, consulting, and regular account reviews. We build clear IT roadmaps that guide and accelerate your digital transformation.


Managed Services Concierge

Your dedicated Tectrade advisor acts as the main point of contact for all service matters. This role bridges your vCIO and the technical team—handling questions about IT services, invoices, systems, collaboration tools, compliance needs, productivity platforms, business continuity, and overall technology efficiency.


Client Management Tools

Tectrade equips your organisation with enterprise-grade tools, including PSA systems, ticketing, CRM, remote monitoring and management, documentation platforms, communication and notification systems, and data privacy controls.


Vendor Technical Assistance

Tectrade communicates directly with your external technology vendors—opening tickets, escalating issues, or working with them to resolve incidents within your IT environment.
We also assist with basic configuration requests (e.g., IP allocations for printers or CCTV systems, enabling network traffic for vendor services) with client approval.

This covers vendors such as hardware manufacturers, software developers, cloud providers, ISPs, telco operators, printer/copier companies, and delivery partners.


Procurement Services

Tectrade sources all products from authorised distributors only. We recommend business-grade solutions, manage configurations, register devices, handle licensing and warranties, and ensure every product delivered is 100% genuine.


Network Management

Tectrade oversees network monitoring, administration, reporting, domain name and SSL management, remote issue resolution, and on-site troubleshooting when required.


Additional Charges for Multi-Location Businesses

If a client operates more than one site with expanded network or vendor management needs, additional Core Service fees will apply.

Tectrade partners selectively with organisations that value strategic planning, budgeting discipline, and a proven IT framework built on industry standards and best practices—delivering higher performance with lower operational risk.

Through scheduled Strategic Business Reviews led by a vCIO, Tectrade actively guides and supports clients to build and maintain stable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

To protect service quality, most Tectrade locations onboard no more than two new clients each month. This deliberate approach ensures thorough, data-driven quality controls from day one, creating long-term operational efficiency and stronger results for every client we serve.
