How do we collect information?
When visitors leave comments on TecTrade’s site, we collect the information provided in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.
An anonymized version of your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be displayed publicly alongside your comment.

TecTrade is not responsible for the privacy practices or data collected by websites not owned or managed by TecTrade, including any sites linked through our website.
Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us at support@tectrade.com.my with details of your concerns. We will review your complaint, investigate whether proper procedures were followed, and respond accordingly. We aim to complete this process within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, though in some cases it may take longer. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact us again for further assistance.
